“Happy with the quality, execution and support.”

We purchased our house from Hasini Projects with the assistance of Kumar garu, and it has been a very positive experience. The construction quality is good, with quality tiles, electrical and bathroom fittings, false ceilings throughout the house, and proper provisions for bore and Manjeera water, pipeline connectivity, and three overhead water tanks.

It has been almost 5 years, and the bathroom fittings are still working perfectly. Kumar garu has always been polite, patient, and responsive to our queries. We also appreciate that the work was completed as promised and the house was handed over after registration within the agreed timeline.

Overall, we are very happy with the quality, execution, and support provided by Hasini Projects and would gladly recommend them to others.

How much does construction cost per sq. ft.?

Our packages start from ₹1,749/sq. ft. (Essential) and go up to ₹2,699/sq. ft. (Signature), with a lower rate for the stilt / parking floor. You can see exactly what each package includes on our Packages page, and we give a personalised quote after a free consultation.

Will there be hidden costs or price escalations later?

No. We work with agreed scope and clear, itemised pricing — no unexpected additions unless you approve a scope change.

What’s included in your construction package?

Architectural design and structural drawings, municipal approvals, branded quality materials (cement, steel, plumbing and electrical fittings), dedicated site supervision, and transparent pricing throughout.

Process

Will I deal with multiple contractors, or one team?

One team, one point of contact — from the first drawing to final handover. No juggling separate contractors or vendors.

How long does construction take?

Timelines depend on your plot size, design complexity and approvals. We’ll share a clear project schedule during your free consultation.
